Message from NYSLECC

President Anthony Moran / Vice President Anthony Gagliardi

As the President of the New York State Law Enforcement Community Council (NYSLECC), I am honored to welcome each of you to our growing community of dedicated individuals committed to fostering safety, unity, and cooperation across New York State. The NYSLECC was established to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities we serve, ensuring a foundation of trust, transparency, and shared responsibility.

Our mission is clear: to promote positive, collaborative relationships between law enforcement and community members while providing essential resources, support, and programs that benefit everyone. From youth engagement initiatives to community safety workshops and emergency response training, we are creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute to the well-being of our neighborhoods.

This council is more than just an organization—it’s a movement toward a stronger, safer New York. We rely on the dedication of our members and volunteers who selflessly give their time and expertise, embodying the values of integrity, respect, and service. Together, we are building a resilient community where law enforcement and citizens stand side by side, united in purpose.

Thank you for your support and commitment to the NYSLECC. I look forward to working alongside each of you to make a lasting impact.

Sincerely,

Anthony Moran
